Job Overview:


As a Data Entry Admin at Weco Marketing Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering data into our systems.

Your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy will ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Outline the specific tasks and duties the Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for, such as:

  • Enter data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and review data for errors, completeness, and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain data integrity by regularly updating and cleansing records.
  • Assist in data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Other adhoc activities

Qualifications:

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.

RM80/ day, 9.30am - 6.30pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
