Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, and other formats into the company's databases or information systems.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry by verifying entered data for errors or missing information.
  • Updating and maintaining existing databases by entering new data, verifying accuracy, and making necessary corrections or modifications.
  • Organizing and categorizing data to facilitate easy access and retrieval when needed.

Requirements:

  • SPM/diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates encourage to apply.

Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months

Up to RM2,000.00 per month
