OBJECTIVE:

As an Operation cum Admin Assistant, your professionalism is important as it helps to maximize efficiency within the Company. It also helps our daily operational activities to run smoothly. We need someone like you to be able to manage and control the operational activities and admin tasks independently

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work closely with other management team in monitoring and improving retails presence and awareness, CI, facilities, expenses control and customer service standards
  • To supervise the day to day operational functions and daily reports review of all retails and operations team at HQ
  • To maintain a scheduled, systematic & functional reporting format from all retails and operations team (HQ) for management review on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • To handle administrative tasks such as requisition forms and purchase order forms.
  • To handle orders for store admin supplies and monitor the stock level of all supplies.
  • To ensure all retails staff abide strictly to company operations policies and procedures for all it products & services offerings with proper and strict accountability guidelines
  • Assist on Order Process (Online)
  • To achieve satisfactory audit ratings for all retails.
  • To undertake any other jobs directed by the superior from time to time
  • Ensure the Company and Boutique operation are well managed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated during work.
  • Fast learner with good management skills and independent with mínimal supervision.
