Work on multiple flavour creation projects to ensure that projects are accomplished within time and cost parameters.

  • Matching for liquid / powder flavours.
  • Responsible in sample preparation and flavour developments.
  • Conduct Gas Chromatography GCMS for flavour matching /creation when necessary.
  • To maintain flavour' formulations and inventory database.
  • To update general promotion list of flavours.
  • To assist QC Department for flavour tasting and raw material substitution.
  • Communicate effectively to keep R&D and Sales Department apprised of project status.
  • Increase own knowledge including actively reading flavour chemistry literature.
  • Involve in the investigation and resolve technical related issues pertaining to flavour.
