R&d Flavourist

Work on multiple flavour creation projects to ensure that projects are accomplished within time and cost parameters.
- Matching for liquid / powder flavours.
- Responsible in sample preparation and flavour developments.
- Conduct Gas Chromatography GCMS for flavour matching /creation when necessary.
- To maintain flavour’ formulations and inventory database.
- To update general promotion list of flavours.
- To assist QC Department for flavour tasting and raw material substitution.
- Communicate effectively to keep R&D and Sales Department apprised of project status.
- Increase own knowledge including - actively reading flavour chemistry literature.
- Involve in the investigation and resolve technical related issues pertaining to flavour.
