Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange transportation and negotiate freight rates.
  • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, including accurate stock counts, stock rotation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain and uphold quality standards for incoming and outgoing products to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and follow quality control procedures and assist in handling product recalls if necessary.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure the warehouse and logistics areas adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary corrective actions.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of inventory levels, shipping documents, and warehouse activities using inventory management software or systems.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within logistics and warehouse operations and propose and implement effective solutions.

Salary:
RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
