**角色和責任**
- 收集數據並透過相關的定量和/或定性方法和工具(例如品牌、定位、競爭對手、消費者等)進行分析。
- 組織和進行線上調查和焦點小組等研究,以獲得對客戶專案或推廣的見解。
- 定期撰寫趨勢和消費者洞察報告以在內部和外部共享。
- 根據需要,參加我們的策略和規劃以及專案管理團隊的簡報會。
- 支援策略規劃總監制定策略解決方案,解決客戶的業務挑戰/目標以及當前客戶和新業務宣傳的構思活動想法。
- 制定小型活動策略,包括 ATL 活動、數位解決方案、社交媒體和內容策略以及 BTL 和激活計劃。
- 支援簡報的準備。
- 監控活動運作的成功情況,並在必要時編寫有關變更和改進的報告。

**技能和要求**
- 4年以上整合行銷傳播業務規劃職能經驗
- 擁有在 ATL、BTL 和/或數位接觸點開發行銷活動的經驗,因此您可以了解從策略到構思到執行和追蹤的廣告流程。
- 能夠超越傳統的品牌解決方案進行思考。
- 能夠有條不紊地收集數據,策略性地分析資訊以識別機會和挑戰
