Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various event sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects.
  • Provide postsales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Event Day Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage event day ticketing operations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of ticketing services at events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and onsite staff to ensure a smooth ticketing process.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for onsite ticketing and customer service.
  • Train and supervise onsite event staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to improve ticketing products and services.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, client acquisition, and event performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Livepass products and services.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
  • Analyze data to drive decisionmaking and optimize business operations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new initiatives and investments.

Vendor Communication and Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for ticketing and eventrelated services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable conditions for Livepass.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and manage ongoing communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with vendors.
  • Review vendor performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure all vendor activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Implement customer service standards and ensure they are upheld during events.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs and incentives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay informed about the latest ticketing technologies and innovations.
  • Recommend and implement technological solutions to enhance ticketing operations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of ticketing systems.
  • Evaluate and select thirdparty vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations, preferably in the event ticketing or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
