Job Description:

1) Foreign Workers

  • Manage ePLKS portal
  • Prepare monthly wages
  • Arrange for permit renewal.
  • Liaise and handle request from foreign workers.
  • CIDB Card Renewal
  • Special Pass (SP)
  • Update Status of Worker in SOCSO Portal and generate Form 8A, SOCSO Contribution Summary

2) Machinery

  • Arrange for road tax, insurance and inspection renewal.
  • PUSPAKOM Inspection arrangement
  • JKKP/PMA arrangement
  • Maintain proper records of upkeep machinery.
  • Perform monthly records.

3) Workers Wages

  • Prepare Wages Calculation
  • Prepare payment voucher
  • Prepare OT Summary

4) Ensure documents filing in good order.

5) Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Preferably who has experience in handling Foreign workers in construction industry.

Job Requirements:
2) At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3) Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
