**HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR**

**Job Scope (Brief)**
- Ensure smooth HR operations and perform administrative duties to support the company’s day-to-day operations.

**Job Scope (Detailed)**
- Maintain personnel records such as employment contracts and remuneration letters
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Ensure smooth operations of the company’s existing performance management process
- Publish job ads and schedule interviews for job vacancies
- Update internal databases with new hire information and existing employees’ update
- Develop training materials
- Perform administrative duties as tasked to support the company’s day-to-day operations

**Salary**
- RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)

**Requirements**:

- Female.
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.

**Working Hours**
- 8am to 6pm
- 5.5 work days/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
