**ADMIN EXECUTIVE**

(Malaysia Office in Taman Universiti Skudai, Johor)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Summary, and any other documents required
- To prepare and manage the Cash Sales, Payment Voucher, and Invoices.
- Monitor and follow up PO and payment from client on monthly basis and as when necessary.
- Summary of the weekly, monthly report on claiming and work done to management.
- To administer, register, organize, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and other paperwork.
- To maintain the list of contact details of professional contractors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, financial institutions, government bodies, other relevant bodies and all such other parties as are incidental to the operations of the Company.
- To liaise, source & negotiate with supplier/vendor/contractor for projects.
- To assist project team for project documentation.
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3 years of administrative experience
- Must be able to be independent and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Must posses own transport to travel if necessary

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
