The Role:


At Kinabalu International School we are dedicated to providing an excellent education in a caring, respectful environment, challenging students to achieve their full potential as successful global citizens.


KIS is continuing to grow and we are looking for an excellent class teacher for our Primary Section to join mid-year for a
January 2024 start.

Applicants must have a recognised teaching qualification, a minimum of two years experience and demonstrated success teaching in the primary classroom within KS2 preferably.


Applicants must be committed team players who are keen to contribute to the ongoing development of our busy and forward-looking school, and willing to play a full part in the school's pastoral care and extra-curricular programmes.

Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential.

Kinabalu International School is a not-for-profit, parent owned school and is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia (Borneo). KIS has gained an excellent reputation for delivering a high quality education for nearly 50 years.
