Human Resource Executive

Job Scope:
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details andemployment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare HRrelated reports as needed.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
- Perform duties as directed by superiors/ top management.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Resume Screening
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good understanding of fullcycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Organizational skills & Management Skills
- 1 Year experience in Human Resource
- Background Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field

RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
