About the Role:

Reporting to the Reward Director and be a member of the Reward Team for Asia, Middle East and Africa regions. Responsible for partnering with Business HR in the delivery of reward agenda within the business, proactively driving change in the region to ensure rewards programs are aligned with HR and business priorities, market trends and statutory requirement. To design and develop competitive reward solutions, and to lead implementation and delivery of reward programs across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the business on the design and development of competitive reward solutions through market insight to attract, retain and motivate talent, and to support business strategy
  • Contribute to the HR & Reward Strategic Agenda by evaluating, influencing and developing reward systems/programs that facilitate & accelerate the delivery and achievement of our People & Organisational Priorities
  • Participate in Global Reward initiatives and drive implementation of Global/Regional reward programs across the region
  • Proactively partner, coach and support HR Business Partners, Centre of Expertise & Global Business Services Team in optimizing reward programs, continuously raising their reward capability & identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Custodian of reward policy & governance, ensure compliance of regulatory and legal requirements in the region
  • Manage reward exception & escalation
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum University degree with minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience in an MNC setting
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation
  • Good presentation skills with experience delivering training sessions and presenting information / data / concepts to stakeholder, managers and employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Highly numerate with a strong analytical mindset
  • Good understanding of Country legislations and compliance matters
  • Meticulous, organized, resourceful and able to work independently
