Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at TIME's Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Initiatives and Systems
    • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs that drive business results.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Employee Relations
    • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and implement reporting and analytics tools to measure HR metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Education
    • SPM / Diploma / Degree / Master.
  • Language
    • Bahasa Melayu & English (speak & write).
  • Skills and Experience
    • Good attitude and able to maintain high confidentiality with necessary information.
    • Willing to provide support at kiosk whenever requested including weekend and public holiday.
