About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy for our assigned Business Unit, ensuring employee satisfaction and high-quality HR services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Manage the people budget and ensure that all manpower needs and employee initiatives are aligned with the annual HR budget.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Ensure the performance management process is implemented fairly and transparently, and all assessments and performance reviews are conducted in accordance with group guidelines.
  • Support the quarterly compensation review cycle to ensure salaries are in line with internal parity and guidelines.
  • Liaise with the Learning and Development team to roll out departmental and business trainings based on training needs analysis and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, handle employee events, and support all employee welfare activities as directed by corporate HR.
  • Communicate and enforce employee policies and programs, assist employees with queries, and mediate where necessary.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including induction, exit process, and coordinates with managers on terminations.
  • Resolve escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints, and conduct investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Respond to employee queries and requests regarding employee letters, HR policies, career development, and personal issues.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and systems to support HR best practice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Positive energy and a can-do attitude.
