Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Partner Affairs team at the University of New South Wales. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic priorities of the firm, managing operations, and developing policies for all aspects of the Partner Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle of the leadership team, including Directors and Partners.
  • Support Directors/Partners in various aspects, including admission, onboarding, talent development, compensation, administration, and benefits.
  • Attend monthly management meetings and other leadership meetings to provide strategic support.
  • Analyze data and gather information to support leadership decision-making in both strategic and operational matters.
  • Monitor compliance with firm policies, including reporting to network and regulators.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from other departments, such as Payroll and Marketing.
  • Participate in firm-wide special projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in progressive HR, Management, or Operations experience, preferably in multinational companies with fast-changing industries.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including problem-solving and financial reporting system understanding.
  • Extensive organizational skills to process complex data using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile with change, and coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Willingness to operate in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
