Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop strategies for their ongoing development and retention.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.

About the Manager/Team

This role reports to the Senior HR Manager, who oversees the HR function and provides strategic guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in L&D, talent development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
