We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to lead the Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and Performance Management functions, driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify skill gaps within the organisation and design targeted training initiatives to promote continuous professional growth and development.
- Facilitate talent reviews and career development discussions, providing guidance on career progression and opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop strategies for their ongoing development and retention.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.
About the Manager/Team
This role reports to the Senior HR Manager, who oversees the HR function and provides strategic guidance and support.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in L&D, talent development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
