  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements specific to the business industry, including contracts, agreements, licenses, and other legal documentation related to business operations.
  • Human Resource Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Business Development: Lead the planning and execution of establishing new branches, including budgeting, resource allocation, and operational setup, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and smooth integration of new branches.

Requirements:
