JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the smartphone services industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

2.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both internally and externally.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide career development support and opportunities for employees to enhance their professional growth within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and issues.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute HRrelated reports and documentation as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes in HR regulations and industry trends, and make recommendations for policy updates or changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Experience working in the technology or smartphone services industry is a plus.
