  • Performance management process. Support performance appraisal process by assisting in the development and implementation of appraisal systems and performance improvement plan.
  • Employee relations & engagements. Support employee engagements planning and execution.
  • Employee training & development. Assist in Training Need Analysis exercise, development of training plan, source for training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Administer Human Resource Management System. Ensure employee information is timely recorded and updated in Human Resource Information System.
  • General office administration. Support the general office administration requirement eg. sourcing and maintenance of pantry and office supplies.
