Human Resources Generalist

You will work under the supervision of the Regional Head of Human Resources and provide support for the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, including but not limited to:
- Managing general HR program/policy development, day-to-day HR operations and compliance.
- Accountable for managing Talent & Organization Performance, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Collaborating with the colleagues in the HR division and sales organization to support the HR-related issues and initiatives in the business.
- Supporting the business heads on all HR matters (including Employee and labor relations and communications).
- Support other HR activities and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional Human Resources certification is a plus.
- At least 7 years of HR Generalist and/or HRBP experience in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in MS office suite, internet and data-base management
