**Recruitment**

Handling the recruitment process from initial job orders receiving up to closing (screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow-up interview status, preparation of job offer details—end-to End process).

To advertise a job vacancy in an online job portal, social media, and through referrals.

**On boarding**

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed. Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.

**Payroll**

Handling a full spectrum of payroll management, processing wages, bonuses, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.

Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and the safekeeping of employee personal files.

Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submission.

**Administration**

Handling staff attendance and monitoring staff leave records from time to time, including annual leave and medical claims.

Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data in the system and personal file.

Drafts all department correspondence, such as interoffice memoranda, warning letters, and any request letters.

Assists employees with any benefit issues or concerns related to human resources.

Managing in various aspects of office administrative work, which includes maintenance and upkeep of the office, office equipment, stationery, etc.

Work closely with the manager on other tasks as and when assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
