Junior Human Resource Executive

Job Description
- Responsible for the onboarding process, conducting HR Induction and Orientation for new joiners.
- Regularly monitor content creation and post for vacancies on various online channels.
- Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, and staff onboarding processes.
- Monitor staff's confirmation and issue letters of confirmation, extension or termination.
- Maintaining HR Records such as personnel documents, staff records, leave records, staff insurance, and attendance tracking for all employees in an organized manner.
- Organizing company events like company dinners, internal engagement, team building, and many more.
- Handling clerical and administrative duties such as monitoring dispatch, cleaning, office stationery, supplies, office equipment, and maintenance.
- Assist the Human Resource and Finance Manager in ISO (QMS) administrative documentation.
**; Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): Google suite and payroll system proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, fair in handling changes/people/situations with perceptiveness, sound judgment, integrity, and leadership skills.
- Familiar with all aspects of HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory.
