Support the end-to-end internal lifecycle processes
- Provide administrative support for daily People Operations functions
- Triage and response to daily employee queries and requests
- Oversee all company social media accounts management (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Careers website)
- Plan monthly social media schedules in advance
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Work closely with the Marketing department in creating and executing videos, TikToks, photos, and such for any HR initiative
- Design and create welcome/introductory posts for new hires after Induction
- Design and create birthday posts for all SPEEDHOMIES
- Assist the HR Manager with any other tasks as seen fit
- Support and assist with any ad-hoc assignments/duties assigned by superior
**; Requirements**:
- Training will be provided but a fast learner is what we require
- The ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Labor Laws
