1. Administering and oversee daily operations of the HR department
2. Organize training or courses to improve the quality and ability of staff in carrying out their respective duties yearly.
3. Assist in salary calculations and report to Head of Payroll.
4. Ensure utilities and staff needs are always adequate.
5. Prepare Annual appraisals of staff performance, compile and submit to Head of Human Resources Department.
6. Assist in implementation of HR policies & procedures.
8. Arrange and manage on-boarding for newly join staffs.
9. Assist in preparing employment letter & other documents from time to time.
10. Assist in disciplinary process to staff ( Reminder & Warning Letter )
11. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
