Overall Purpose of the Job:


To assist in the procurement of goods and services required by the business to the required specification, quality level, at a competitive price, delivered in a timely manner.


Key Activities and Accountabilities:

  • Conduct training to all nominated suppliers for Kofax Vendor Portal.
  • Actively Participate in the team meeting / status calls
  • Data gathering exercises (review supplier transactions and spend)
  • Track progress through for instance monthly reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Support in the Vendor Registration Process at the NSRF platform and synchronization with SAP.
  • Support updating MSR & Send RFQ's

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly gather and analyse data and grasp customer requirements under time constraints in a changing environment.
  • The ability to effectively manage competing priorities among the different operations, and to bring a cohesive direction to the buying teams.
  • Other duties as assigned by Regional Purchasing Supervisor & RSCM to support department initiatives.
