Executive - Risk Management

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • To be the liaison with the other stakeholders within the group & Subsidiary to collect risk updates/risk matters for Risk & Audit Committee Meeting.
  • To be the custodian and keep track of gap assessment results and risk related reports.
  • To be the custodian to maintain and manage the internal Policy & documents repository system. To keep track of the documents which are going to lapse and inform BU/SU ahead to update the documents.
  • To evaluate and assess the adequacy of internal controls to manage the overall risks associated with the business activities via reviews over the risk and control selfassessment (RCSA) conducted by business/support units (BU/SU)
  • To participate in new product/system development or new process initiated by BU/SU;
  • To ensure sufficient facts/data/information are obtained and gathered to support comments relating to any control weaknesses found in the course of risk reviews;
  • To discuss results of risk reviews with respective operational heads;
  • To review operational manuals, policies, guidelines, etc to ensure adequate internal controls are put in place to manage the associated risks of products and/or activities undertaken.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Degree in Risk Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Statistics/ Business Management/ Business Studies
  • At least 2 years relevant risk management experience, preferably in financial institution/ insurance
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Result oriented and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
