Sales Assistant Admin

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gather information and prepare complex reports
- Coordinate and assist in sales analysis
- Support the creation and follow up of budget and forecast data
- Monitor the sales performance using various sales tools
- Organize and prepare meetings
- Manage the agenda of the sales team members in terms of key meetings/events
- Gather, consolidate, and prepare presentations for corporate, regional and sales meetings
- Serve as central support resource for outside contacts
- Contact customers as needed
- Support building up highly efficient sales database, ie maintaine and update customer database, sales reports, sales forecasts, and timely performance reports to the management.
- Coordinate product samples, sales materials and market and communication collateral for the Sales teams
- Support the Communications team Qualification Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar environment (B2B, packaging etc.)
- Proficient in a CRM tool (Salesforce or equivalent),
- Experience in building a customer base
- Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
