Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Gather information and prepare complex reports
  • Coordinate and assist in sales analysis
  • Support the creation and follow up of budget and forecast data
  • Monitor the sales performance using various sales tools
  • Organize and prepare meetings
  • Manage the agenda of the sales team members in terms of key meetings/events
  • Gather, consolidate, and prepare presentations for corporate, regional and sales meetings
  • Serve as central support resource for outside contacts
  • Contact customers as needed
  • Support building up highly efficient sales database, ie maintaine and update customer database, sales reports, sales forecasts, and timely performance reports to the management.
  • Coordinate product samples, sales materials and market and communication collateral for the Sales teams
  • Support the Communications team Qualification Requirement :
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar environment (B2B, packaging etc.)
  • Proficient in a CRM tool (Salesforce or equivalent),
  • Experience in building a customer base
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
