- Supporting the company's leadership and overseeing employees' operations in the administrative department
- Arranging for travel and setting up meeting spaces, paperwork, and presentation materials
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Proactive and initiative: the capacity to evaluate and take action on your own without assistance from others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language requirements include proficiency in both standard English and Bahasa Malaysia for both writing and reading skills, as the role is required to communicate with upper level management.
- Possess at least 5 years of working experience in relevant roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field
