**HUMAN RESOURCES**

a. Act as administrator for the Human Resource Management System (One HR) to record monthly / daily staff attendance and monitor all transactions;
b. Prepare monthly payrolls, travelling and telephone claims and all statutory deductions;
c. Staff performance appraisal for confirmation, promotion, yearly increment and bonus;
d. Prepare memo/letter which related to HR matters

e. Registration of new staff and resignation of staff with EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax;
f. Coordinate employees training programmes and liaise with HRDF on utilizing training fund

g. Liase with employees insurance provider on matters concerning employees health and insurance coverage

h. New compensation and benefits programs for employees

i. Maintenance and upkeep of employees personal files and database

j. Monthly HR Report

**GENERAL ADMINISTRATION**

a. Ensure well maintained facility office and building maintenance that meets environmental, health, and security standards;
b. To assist on the tagging of new asset and manage the overall asset listing of the company;
c. Handling general administrative duties (filling system, corporate profile, and corporate information system)

d. Assist in ad hoc duties as and when assigned

e. Monthly Admin Report

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM5,040.00 per month
