REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies' requirements
- Knowledge in Payroll Management
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Korean speaking is an additional advantage.
- Immediate starter would be an advantage.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Able to travel to outstation to attend HR & Admin matters.
- Analytical, meticulous, well organized and possess a strong work ethic.
- Mature, pleasant personality with good disposition.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage Korean Expatriates visas in terms of Special Pass and Employment Pass.
- Planning, developing and implementing HR strategies, development and policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the recruitment process, training and employee relation matters.
- Execute full spectrum of payroll processing.
- Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment & Government reporting such as Income Tax, EPF, Soscso, EIS and HRDF.
- Schedule weekly internal training and report.
- Maintain the compliance of ISO 19001.
- Enforcement and control of the employee relation system to ensure compliance with the regulation and code of conduct.
- Other tasks related to HR Department.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
