Human Resource Manager

**Minimum Qualification**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Social Science or Engineering or Business Administration or related discipline with minimum five 5 year’s experience in Manufacturing Environment
**Primary Function**:
- Responsible and development accountable of all HR functions, encompasses of Management Training, Industrial / Employee relation, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, General Affairs, Government Liason, Security and Transportation.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- To concentrate on the establishment of C&B scheme which include company terms and policy, guidelines on discipline, any other HR related issues and conducts, reviewing them from time to time.
- To establish Management Training programs for IDL Staff and establishes career path scheme for technical and management stream.
- To establish talent management ,employee relation programs and maintaining harmonious working environment
- To establish strong relationship with government agencies and local communities and maintain the relationship.
- Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
- To improve Security Procedure and Guidelines and Code of Conduct for Security Unit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
