Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities:
- **
- Handling of Expatriate and Foreign Workers Immigration matters (Visa & so forth)
- Handling of Foreign Workers discipline matters.
- Handling employees transportation and so forth.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- To establish strong relationship with government agencies and local communities and maintain the relationship
- To establish, maintain and review company security system and policies
- Any other duties as required by Management from time to time
**Requirements:
- **
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 2 years experience in Manufacturing Environment.
- Experienced in payroll is more preferred.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
