I.
DAILY TASK

  • Coordinating the entire operations of the Total Chemical and Gas Management (TCGM).
  • Conducting the daily toolbox meeting (TBM) with internal team.
  • Provide leadership and support in maintaining onsite specialty chemicals and gas distribution.
  • Developing /Reviewing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for Total Chemical/Gas Management Operations.
  • Ensure TCGM operations are done accordance to agreed schedule/customer's request.
  • Plan maintenance programs in coordination with the client to meet/exceed KPI's.
  • Involve in direct customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all company's rule and regulations including quality and safety guidelines as well as customers' regulations as per KPI stated.
  • Involve in Incident Reporting, Troubleshooting, Training Plan and Preparation, SPC monitoring, Spare part Management, and other TCGM activities that are not mentioned.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures.
  • Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
  • Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
  • Perform FHEAs and implement solutions.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ordering.
  • Lead the Service Team/Technicians in timely completion of all required tasks.
  • Prepare training materials and provide trainings for site operations and service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure high standards on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits.
  • Generate reports and presentations on all related activities, abnormal or incidents.
  • Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, Gas Cabinet and process systems.
  • Do roaming check on all chemical rooms, CDM, Gas Cabinet, Gas room to make sure allin order.
  • Report any abnormal conditions and findings to Customer's Facility Engineer.
  • Response to all complaints and requests from Customer's Facility personnel or POU personnel and work closely to solve problems, escalate to high level if necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties when necessary & upon request by client or TCM managers.
  • Preparing the reports and attending the daily, weekly, and monthly meeting with clients.
  • Monitoring the daily activities of the TCGM and maintenance technicians.
  • Ensuring all chemical distribution and gas distribution system is on continuously supplying.
  • Follow up the consumable's items ordering with site admin and monitoring the cost of purchasing.
  • Assisting and executing chemical chargein activities, chemical flushing activities, gas chargein and gas purging activities.
  • Monitoring the PPE inventory and ensuring minimum stock is available onsite.
  • Monitoring the consumables items tracking and usage.
  • Ensuring to maintain a good 5s at chemical room, chemical storage, gas room, gas pud, bulk chemical and TCGM control room.
  • Maintaining all tools or equipment for chemical sampling, analysing, or testing are in good order and tip top condition.
  • Conducting the operation training for the staff
  • Monitoring and maintaining good preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical and theory training.
  • Coordinating, planning and problemsolving abilities.
  • Becoming a Safety Supervisor/Officer in team.
  • Monitoring, planning, controlling, and executing the schedule & nonschedule maintenance, spare part for all systems.
  • Technical supports to other site operation and project.
  • Maintaining all chemical distribution systems and Gas supply systems as per Preventive Maintenance schedule agreed with customer.
  • To report any abnormalities to Site Manager and Clients.
  • To create a good relationship between internal and external team members as well as client.
  • Collaborates and works closely with the staff in the various departments to ensure Quality Management targets are achieved.
  • To maintain a proper documentations & data control system according to ISO 9001 requirements.
  • To support clients and CIP programmed.
  • Require to 24/7 oncall and standby on weekend if needed.

II.

  • To update Preventive Maintenance, Adhoc activity to customer in monthly basis.

  • To ensure that injuryfree environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident.
  • To fulfil customer's needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator Program administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements.
