I. DAILY TASK

  • Ensuring safe handling of chemical deliveries and receiving from external warehouse and direct incoming from supplier.
  • Ensuring sufficient onsite stock for all online chemicals.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping at any chemical and gas room as well as TCGM control room.
  • Conducting the operation training for the staff, and provide technical and theory training.
  • Coordinating, planning and problem solving abilities.
  • Collaborates and works closely with staff in the various departments to ensure Quality Management targets are achieved.
  • Maintain a proper document & data control system according to ISO 9001requirements.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES TCGM Warehouse & Logistics Executive is responsible for
  • Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly.
  • Meeting job requirements.
  • To set prospective goals, plan for career development, and to encourage discussion between the employee and manager to promote optimum performance.
  • To ensure that injury free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident.
  • To fulfill customer's needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator program administrative and personnel services to meet legislative requirements.
  • Provide support to departmental operations.
  • Process the Nostas for the empty drums and empty cylinder for collection.
  • Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
  • Perform GR and TP for all the incoming from External, and supplier within 48 hours.
III. QUALIFICATIONS Possess minimum a Diploma/Degree in Warehouse & Logistics/others with at least - 5 years of related working experience.

TCGM Warehouse & Logistics Executive must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Able to work independent with minimum supervision
