  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff members, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu items, staying updated with current trends and techniques in pastry arts.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain good attendance.
