Assist the procurement manager in daily work.

  • Monitoring and identifying purchasing needs.
  • Researching potential suppliers.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Updating internal databases with order details (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts).
  • Conducting market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Evaluating offers from suppliers and negotiating better prices.
  • Preparing cost analyses.
  • Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts.
  • Following up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff and site personnel to ensure all materials arrive in good condition.
  • Mandarin speaking is an additional advantage.
  • Undertaking any adhoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
