JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for credit control on ongoing project, subsales & rental;
  • Responsible to assist in contract signing & provide mortgage assistance
  • Responsible to assist Sales & Marketing Department on documents preparation;
  • Ensure proper filing;
  • Respond to after sales service issues and complaints;
  • To prepare management report;
  • Dealing with local authorities;
  • Submission and renewal of end financing;
  • Assist in project launches and other related events when required;
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM
    AND Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Knowledge in dialects will be an added advantage;
  • Possesses handson experiences in the relevant field is an added advantage;
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fastpace environment;
  • Must be positive character and good team player.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
