Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and quantity check of stock arrivals from suppliers.
  • Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stock checking.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
  • Offer general administrative support to team members as required.
  • Develop and execute inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track stock movement to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or overstock.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to inventory control preferred.
  • Skills in stock control, purchasing, providing sales team feedback, updating stock, checking arrivals, managing returns, ensuring cleanliness, and organizing shelves.
  • Experience in customer pre-order management and handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Ability to check stock in/out accurately, weigh gold, input prices, and maintain supplier records.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt and work in shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma or Degree with additional certification in inventory management or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
