Job Descriptions:

  • Involves in processing invoices of all orders, both incoming and outgoing shipping preparation
  • Filing return documents, matching goods received
  • Coordinates with other warehouse keepers/ PIC from any interbranch stock arrangement
  • To assist in general administrative work.
  • Reporting on fulfilment issues to respective seniors/managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a SPM, STPM, College Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic familiarity with MS Word, Excel and basic computer skills for processing, recording and data entry.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to communicate, written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, independently and multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Career level: Junior
  • Years of experience: fresh graduate

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

All employees and customers are required to wear mask everyday, having self test once every 2 weeks, office well equipped with sanitizers.
