Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly set sales targets in E-Commerce Channel
  • Manage daytoday operational and tactical aspects of ecommerce which includes endtoend testing and ensuring optimal user experience
  • Responsible for developing a website that drives conversion and click rate
  • Develop a deep understanding on customer journey to convert and retain customers
  • Plan, execute and evaluate projects and launches
  • Evaluate processes for efficiency opportunities and produce new initiatives for business needs
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions for assigned programs/projects and policies and procedures
  • Analyse online sales and site data to determine and understand customer engagement
  • Monitors emarket place products, service offerings and pricing
  • Provide weekly reports to management on business turnover
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to the Company, Website Laws, Commercial laws and other relevant laws in conjunction with the Company
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sales Operations team to ensure sales and distribution are maximized to achieve
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party agencies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in E-Commerce preferably in FMCG or colour cosmetics industry
  • Experience managing ecommerce website or ecommerce launch
  • Knowledge of ecommerce business models & how ecommerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together
  • Possess knowledge in handling marketplace
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong data analysis skills, demonstrate analytical and multitasking capabilities
  • Proven track record in digital project implementation
