It emphasises simplicity, quality, and sustainability, with a focus on clean design and practicality.Job Description Developing and implementing an effective online sales strategy Managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales in online platform Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform Ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty Continuously exploring and implementing new technologies and tools to improve e-commerce performance.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a relevant field. Demonstrated experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role, preferably in setting up or managing an in-house e-commerce platform. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and emerging trends. Proficiency in utilising web analytic tools and digital marketing platforms. Strong analytically, organisational, and project management abilities. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and various online advertising strategies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
