Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage and oversees Account department daily functional activities to establish financial status and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  • Responsible to review overall Financial Reporting and compliancy with statutory requirements as well as to meet the deadline for all relevant submissions.
  • Responsible for prepare & analysed full set of accounts including oversee and responsible of Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP), inventory control & COGS from time to time in order to meet the dateline to submit management report and compliance all Statutory Requirements.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the cash management functionalities including forecast and plan on cashflow management to ensure & maintain an appropriate level of cash in the pool to support company's day to day financial activities.
  • Responsible to update, monitor, verify all Bank & cash daily transaction and deal with the banker on financial matter as well as technical support and to perform renewal of all type of insurances for group of companies.
  • Support other relevant management roles and ensure that the quality management system achieve its intended results
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accounting or related field.
  • Have managerial experience in similar position, preferably from ecommerce industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skill in problem solving,making timely decision
  • Good Interpersonal Skill, decision making skills and influencing skill to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
  • People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people (minimum team size of 3 and more), delegate work and explain ideas.
  • Highly Proficient in Autocount account system and Excel, including pivot tables. Ability to build complex report from multiple data sources and analyse large columns of data.

Pay:
RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
