As the Sales Director, you will pave the way for skyrocketing the company's revenue to new heights.

Teaming up with the CEO and collaborating with department leads, you'll captain a team of account managers and support functions.

Lead, inspire, and orchestrate a symphony of success as you chart the course for a thrilling journey to dominate the market.


  • Craft and implement a comprehensive sales roadmap, including identification of novel business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Assess market trends to pinpoint emerging opportunities for new product and service offerings.
  • Create a Key Account management strategy for top accounts and develop an effective BD/hunting framework to capture more business opportunities.
  • Secure strategic partnerships and leverage strong relationships with key decision makers within target companies to generate business opportunities.
  • Build a motivated highperforming sales team; establish performance standards and a comprehensive sales curriculum to upskill current/new team members.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Solid track record within Tech Sales at a senior leadership level, preferably with a Banking/FSIcentric portfolio.
  • Ability to develop highperforming sales teams with a collaborative team culture.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and with stakeholders of varying seniority.
