Responsibilities

1.

Calendar Management:


  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize executive's time.

2. Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, redirecting them as appropriate.

3. File Management and Organization

  • Maintain organized and uptodate electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

4. Project Coordination

  • Support executives in managing and coordinating various projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and followup on action items.

5. Administrative Support

  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
  • Provide assistance in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting or any related degree: 1 year (preferred)
