Job Summary:


Accounts Associates OR Tax Associates are entry-level position that will assist in various book-keeping and accounting recordings (or Tax Accounting) for clients' companies.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers/clients with bookkeeping and accounting recordings.
  • Creates financial statements using a prescribed format in the accounting software.
  • Plans and completes other assigned segments of the bookkeeping or other accounting tasks assigned by the seniors.
  • Collect all documentation necessary for accounting data entries and reporting.
  • Identifies any deficiencies within the accounting process and discuss with senior staff to resolve such deficiencies.
  • Accounting Reports.
  • OR Performs other tax related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in Accounting soflware is added advantages.
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting documentation and procedures.
  • Ability to understand financial recordings.

Education and Experience:

  • LCCI Certificate, Diploma (or equivalent) or Advanced Diploma in accounting preferred.
