Responsibilities

  • Fully in charge of the Central Kitchen operations and supervise 3 Kitchen Helpers and 1 Demi Chef
  • To frequently come out new menus for new stores as per Company's directions
  • Familiar with Asian Fusion cuisines such as Chicken rice, Clay pot Noodles, Korean Fried Chicken, Teppanyaki and etc.
  • Conduct staff trainings for new menus at outlets to ensure food preparation and all dishes are cooked well and presented nicely.
  • Incharge of the ordering of ingredients and determine the ingredients usage and supply for every store.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience relevant working experience in a Central Kitchen is required for this position.
  • Able to train staffs
  • Required language(s): Mandarin and dialects

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
