  • To handle all accounts work related including all reporting;
  • Preparation of payment to supplier, salary, EPF, SOCSO, IRD and etc;
  • To assist in cash flow, monitoring including collection of cheques;
  • Ensure all accounting record and financial reports are kept and prepared in accordance with the procedures, policies and generally accepted accounting standards and practices;
  • Liaison with bankers and finance institutions on remittance and banking facilities including controlling and monitoring on the receiving and issuing of cheques payment and other relevant banking transactions and other financial matters;
  • To maintain the confidentially on all information and documents in company;
  • Develop and maintain the company and customers good relationship with past, present and future customers and general members of the public on all matters related to the division and the company by attending, serving and extending cordial and efficient services;
  • To ensure a safe and healthy working conditions to other staff and oneself in adhering to the company's rules and regulations at all time; and
  • To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement
  • Minimum LCCI/SPM with 3 years working experience; or
  • Minimum relevant working experience of 3 years
  • Computer application must be able to handle full set of accounts
  • Computer, Accounting Software (latest upgrades) and GST (latest versions);IATF latest version) ISO14001 (latest version) OHSAS18001 (latest version) Awareness, Leadership skills.
- Communicate to all level of staff in the company
