Schools Administration Executive

Coordinate the administrative work for the school

  • Manage the flow of information among faculty members, students, and prospective students
  • Coordinate staffing, course schedules, and facility use including classroom assignments and facility reservations for special events
  • Assist the Dean and faculty with documentation required for activities involving teaching and learning, regulatory, conference, or other events
  • Create and maintain school files and records
  • Provide general office support
  • Coordinate department/student social events as required
  • Liaise with the Examination Unit on matters related to assessment and examination
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management of Perdana University

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing behavior
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Resilient and able to adapt in a fast moving environment
  • Flexible and Adaptable
  • Willing to travel

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay:
RM1, RM3,915.00 per month
